We sell outdoor leisure and game products, including but not limited to cornhole sets, pickleball equipment, and board games. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith; we do not guarantee that descriptions are 100% error-free, and reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors at any time before an order ships.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian) and that all payment and shipping information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. You will be notified and refunded in full if we cancel your order.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Exception — Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, contact us at [support email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate claims on a case-by-case basis and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
